Dr. Alarcon was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a Minor Degree in Spanish Literature from California University Long Beach. She received her DDS from CASE School of Dental Medicine in 1989 and continued with a General Practice Residency at the Veteran’s Management in Los Angeles. She has been a regular presenter to different Spanish magazines amongst La Opinion, Contacto Magazine, Mi Doctor Magazine, and others. She has been interactive with students in the Laborer’s Showing Activities, CARE LA and Special Olympic World Games in Los Angeles. Dr. Bertha O.
